What I’m finding currently (all of it is in the fridge) I can pull a pint off a week later and it’s still good.

The idea is to have a beer engine on a worktop on display but with the reservoir kept cool inside the fridge.
I’ve got a few ideas using 9L kegs. I much prefer this style of serving now.

Just let it do its thing for 2 weeks in the bucket and get an old fridge to brew in as soon as you can.
