For a change, and to get something on, I brewed a Tom Caxton Best Bitter kit from Wilko. Because of the high temps, I used a packet of Lall Voss which was an interesting experience, just glad I used a blow off tube. Anyway, I expect this to be in the 16 litre ball park as I will be liquoring...

I'm at a drop zone in North Carolina. This is the one I chose. Red Oak (Whitsett, NC wherever that is) Munich Helles 4.5% Refreshing and a little sweet (malty I guess) low hop bitterness. Lovely after a days jumping in 30c heat.
