Is drinking snakebite sacralidge to my summer fruits cider and check Pilzener?

That batch certainly didn't taste as it should, it was brewed in the summer and I ran out of fridges so it got too hot in a 40 degree unit and strained the yeast.

As soon as my Malt Miller order arrives I will get brewing, might be too late as its the 31st December 🤔

Not really surprised that last year a lot more people had time on their hands to brew 😂 It's been the opposite this year for me Lol

Hated Autos years ago, but got used to modern ones, auto in the camper, superb relaxing drive, manual in the van and car, puddles the head a bit jumping between camper and van on the same chassis, but I would pitch auto all day for relaxation, but try finding a second hand auto van Lol

I bet it does at this time, it's like building houses 1/2 your cost / time goes into the ground/preparations, all the prep goes into the product no one else sees, but you value and get £2 a bottle for and everyone thinks you are minted Lol

Thanks for the positive reactions to my first secret Santa, every year I have been too busy to get organised in time to do it and it's a pleasure tasting others beers and seeing what you guys make of mine. Interestingly that's the first Kolsch I have brewed so have nothing to compare it to...

Next up was a 12.2% Quad, a nice hiss on opening, lovely carbonation and beautifully clear in the glass, with that distinctive malty flavour, didn't taste like the 12.2% it is, a sipper for sure. Thank you Santa.
