Hey all!
I have been lurking on these forums for a couple of weeks. Been obsessed with trying to get into the next level of brewing (after getting some free fermentation buckets and a can of malt 2 years past the BB date) Finally bit the bullet and bought and bought a Fermzilla 30L all rounder. Also convinced the other half to allow me th understairs cupboard. Have now bought a used fridge, wired an STC-1000 and purchased a heating belt.

I am currently fermenting an extract kit (4 years past BB date) in the Fermzilla.

I will buy newer extracts one day, I swear it!
