First go at my pilzner, citra smash and no off flavours present which was surprising considering the overtemp when the oinkbird fell off. It's very refreshing, like it.

Still can't believe this pulzener keg hasn't kicked yet, slightly hazy this one so can't be long.

If it hasn't got an overheat cutout, which I can't see, the power (live) would go to the common terminal on the thermostat the one the red cable is on now I would guess, then from there to one side of the element, the neutral from the supply would go to the other side of the element and earth...

A friend gave me a bottle of his 10% Belgian Quad to try. It's good gear, doesn't taste strong, lovely toffee notes and my head is buzzing after one, better dilute it with some of my 6% smash 😂

First drop of the night and it's another version of the PJ clone, closer to what it should be and I don't know if I am getting more discerning or my attempts are getting more random, but it doesn't seem as good as earlier batches 😂 It's good beer but not what I was expecting.

First keg of Proper Jobish kicked a bit quick luckily I had a spare 😉
