Hi chippy_tea just to let you now that done a test today day nine and its reading 1000 could iGive it a good stir to get rid of some of the gas or just leave it go there is no bubbles in the air lock so I could do with your expertise. Cheers chippy_tea Ps sorry for asking all these questions.

Chippy_ tea one other question when I put the remainder of the sachets in do I put the air lock back on for the remainder of the time for it to clear or just cover it with a cloth and do I keep it at the same temp between 22-25 c or put it in a call place. Cornwallnewbie
