    well bottling day was today, done with a hazy head from last nights visit to the 34th newcastle beer n cider festival, abv is 3%, not very strong, was expecting at least 4%,good session ale, taste is ok, roll on three weeks time and ill drink several and let ya's known my final thoughts

    alandkell - hello mate, fairley straightforward, followed instructions on thecan, but i substituted the sugar with the same amount of beer enhancer(which i got from wilko's), now in a fermentation bin with an airlock on the top, bubbling away nicely, now its the waiting game :cheers: JB
