2nd Brew

Hello fellow pissheads,

just put my 2nd brew on, tom caxton real ale, this kit comes with a sachet of hop enhancement, ive opted to use all the sachet to hopefully give a more bitter beer with a more hoppy taste, if its as good as my virgin brew ill be happy
gravity is at 1.032

well bottling day was today, done with a hazy head from last nights visit to the 34th newcastle beer n cider festival, abv is 3%, not very strong, was expecting at least 4%,good session ale, taste is ok, roll on three weeks time and ill drink several and let ya's known my final thoughts
