    So the SG this morning (day 16) had reached 1.010. I added the Hop pellets. They really had a very citrus smell, grapefruit and tangerine.. Will leave it for another 3 or 4 days and then either rack it off to a 2nd FV to clear or straight into the Corny. Tasted pretty good already...

    darrellm - thanks, and yes I am sure curiosity will get the better of me after 10 days in the bottle and I will have to drink one... Gonna test the gravity tomorrow as that is day 6. Started at 1046 so would like to see somewhere at 1015 tomorrow as i know the temp has been at the lower end...

    Thanks Louis, I also tried one in a bottle this weekend from my local Waitrose. Have to say that I really enjoyed it and this confirmed that it needed to be my next brew. I had not thought about the yeast but you are correct, much nicer mixed in.... Cheers PS. Will keep post on the brew...

    Thanks Proost. Had a good read through both and the end result look really good, well done. Just one questions, so what was the recipe you ended up using ? Did you follow the advice Pittsy gave and use the Wheat and the Crystal and then the hops ? Also was it the WB-o6 yeast ? Cheers
