hi. ive lost the instructions to this kit and iv no idea where to start iv brewed before but this was about a year ago and need reminding. temp, when to pitch , how much boiled water to ad etc etc . thanks in advance if you can help

dam ive just tipped 20 pints done the sink as it was flat we could have come to some arangement

i need to buy some yeast and did not no if there is a lager yeast i can use or if it does not matter... cheers

sad to say this batch is dead flat with a rank taste ...oh well boiling a pan of water as i type and getting another 1 on . this is the best advice ive learned on here

sampled mine yeasterday and its failed its rank my first homebrew to go pete tong :evil:

has anyone been to this shop beer brew direct in hornchurch as its closer than the place i uses now. i hate useing mail order as ive no patience and i like looking at shinny stuff on the shelves :lol:

just got in from work about to get changed to go to buy more yeast and i can hear plop....plop yes you quessed it its started to ferment :party:

thanks for info . i can get it to 20c tonight but the only yeast ive got is allinsons dried active yeast will this be ok or shall i get brewing yeast tomorrow

ahh no i do not have an hydrometer as when i got this kit at christmas it did not have one and ive yoused it 3 times now without 1 with no problems ..... i think a trip to my local wilkos is comeing lol

help. 6days ago brewed up a new batch of muntons larger followed instructions to a tee but no fermention no bubbles nothing have brewed before with no problems at all i pitch the yeast at 21c and its sitting at about 22 c now as i say have done this before with no problem alone thing i can think...

hello fellas now my first brew has been bottled and will take 4.6 weeks i need to get another one going has anyone any advice on the best kits my first brew was a pilsner but dont mind a real ale just as long as its 5% or above . thanks in advance :cheers:
