Repitch another sachet of yeast - get it to 20c and give it a gentle stir with a sterilised paddle :thumb:

thanks for info . i can get it to 20c tonight but the only yeast ive got is allinsons dried active yeast will this be ok or shall i get brewing yeast tomorrow

brewing yeast

What temp is it at currently? I doubt it's a true lager yeast that has been supplied so you will want to ferment at ale yeast temps 18 - 20c

Hmm, to kick fermentation off thats a good temp, ideally lower it a little if you can once it's going :thumb:

just got in from work about to get changed to go to buy more yeast and i can hear plop....plop yes you quessed it its started to ferment

sad to say this batch is dead flat with a rank taste ...oh well boiling a pan of water as i type and getting another 1 on . this is the best advice ive learned on here
