    Making your own sausages

Useful tip I didn't know. My mum makes her own. Do you use natural on synthetic skins? I make my own salt beef, bacon and pastrami, and have my own simple cold smoker.

HLT HERMS - 4 Control Panel construction

Do you think the HLT controller and NTC would be suitable for a kegerator? On the cooling output of course. I have a potential for conversion but the existing stat doesn't want to know over 8-10C, it just doesn't have the accuracy

    Shiny and Ozone

You can get ozone water sterilizers quite easily- used for swimming pools. Basically they generate ozone in the water which degrades back to oxygen after 30 minutes but before that it'll kill anything. No taste, no rinse, no tainting. As all the shiny is not affected- has anyone thought of...

    First Brew day- A triple

I've helped my brother with a couple of All Grain brew days on a larger scale but as I don't drink that much I'm brewing on a smaller scale (2 gallon batches) First up was a Cheeky Vimto- 1.5l (whole bottle) Sugar Vimto- there is a sugar free version boiled for 7.5 minutes 270g granulated sugar...
