And I never put my beer in the fridge.
Somebody else with, to my mind, good taste.
I always drink my beer at "utility end of the kitchen" temperature.
A little less than room temperature.

In my house, I usually spend 9 months of the year trying to warm the beer up! (No heating).

What is that on the wall in the 5th pic?

I can see the HLT, on the wall behind looks to be a pump- the black square with two clear pipes and a yellow one. The yellow pipe looks like it goes into a pneumatic regulator. Do you have air pumps?

G56 I think.

I know I'm using them over-temperature, but they work fine up to 80 degrees. I used them on the recommendation from Oggy's Bar. I think they're ace.

Cheap as well.

Popped the seal on this one tonight. No pics because it's cloudy, i had to move the keg. It's lovely. If anything, i may try and make it a bit dryer next time. It's really bitter - spot on for my taste. Just enough body, aroma acceptable for a force carbonated beer and for these hops.

I just hope I can get more of these hops next harvest.
