to be honest there's very little that needs the direct sunlight of a greenhouse, even chillies can get scorched. Some shade netting for the harshest of the summer is almost always needed. I find very little problems with sweet and chilli peppers, toms or cucumbers. Never tried melon but...

I got a couple of second hand secondary co2 regs from ebay, there a bit dirty. My question is how do i clean/sterialise them to make sure i dont add a contaminate to my brews?

i must say it really does improve considerably if left, but dont blame you. No real difference to san miguel/sol. very nice and i truly believe it must have been beginners luck as it was a dam fine beer, crystal clear and perfect carbonation for a first lager attempt.
