    AG#8 Wherry'ish Bitter

This is my first attempt at brewing a clone of Woodfordes Wherry. I found several pointers from people who used own and run the company, so i am hoping for some good results. My all singing all dancing machine is mashing it now  Hopefully, a good tasting session will happen in a few...

    EndBac cleaner/sanitiser

Best way to quickly sanitize is to use steam, but a fair bit of caution would be required. Some household steam cleaners should work well - it ensures the nasties are all killed off.

Think I've Found Hops Growing Wild!

There are two ways to identify the 'species'! First ask a Hop Farmer if that doesnt work, then the Royal Horticultural peeps down at Q Gardens? I have found some wild grown hops also down in Dorset, never picked them as they were on what i think was private land and farmers down that way have...

    Wherry'ish clone

Update;- More research starts to result in some good leads;- 23 ltrs Grain 3.31 Kg Pale Malt 0.25 Kg Crystal 120L 90 mins 24g EKG 16g Progress 10mins 70g Bobek/Styrian Goldings I think this is a very logical assumption of the clone, so this will be the one i will be making for Crimbo.
