Hi All, Day 3 in the bucket for my Fruit Tea Wine. All going nicely and smells awesome. A thick scummy foam has developed and was wondering; to take it off before siphoning into DJ or to clear n area and poke the tube in and leave it be? Ant one got any ideas?

Thankyou, for all the welcomes. Ive just finished the Fruit tea wine and it smells great!! Even my 5yr old waned to drink it so it must smell sweet! Off to press some more 'fall over juice' as its known by my kids. if anyone has a simple blackberry, elderberry or sloe syrupy type thing...
