    They came from "The heating element company" and they are for wall mounted heaters http://www.heatingelementcompany.co.uk/default.asp?Product=231. I got them about 3 years ago and paid a LOT less than they seem to be now!

    HERMS Pump problems

    I had a similar problem with the Solar Pump - after contacting the supplier he recommended running the pump with clean water for at least 30 mins after the brew to clean it. Wort finds it way into the shaft and gums up the works...

    I'm busy building a similar setup, and quite like the way you did the electrical connection to the elements. How is the glue holding up, attaching the plastic box to the shiney stainless? Did you roughen the SS up before you applied the glue, or did you glue it as is? Alex

    Thanks! Not into clocks (or chocolate), but am certainly going to have a go at cheese. Plenty of farm milk available and the house we are renting has a cellar - perfect place to mature my beer, cheese, and anything else that may take my fancy...
