    Have made the vimto cider now want to try another Orange and mango. Cani buy it in juice form and just add yeast , nutrient, pectorlace and brew it. If not can someone point me in the right direction

    I made this last night. How much sugar would u recommend to add for higher abv. And if using extra sugar do I need extra yeast. I've got a feeling I've used to much sugar and to much yeast Is had half inch of foam in it within 2 hours lol.

    Oh right. So is that why I'm being told my thread will be closed because its illegal . If so why is there a section that says get the most out of yr hast for higher abv . Can I not do this to the vodka yeast. I know I can buy a machine to do it but would need a liecence .

    Well I didn't seen what the diff would be If I left in a keg for the 4 weeks o put in a bottle thanks for the help thou Also it says add sugar for higher alcohol level. How much are we talkin can to much sugar Ruin it . If I did 20l batch would 1kg be ok. Do I use normal sugar or brew enhancer

    With this recipe being for 5litres, if I want to make 20 litres do I just times everything by 4 It says add citric acid but doesn't say how much in the ingredients Also is says once the yeast dicipates top up with juice again do you reckon I should only fill to 18 litres then another 2 once...

    Foaming away nicely now. For a bi bulshenif head on it bout 6 inches high in the middles. Not even 24 hours yet
