i leave mine for at least a month before i bottle NEVER had any probs by the way i brew AG :drink:

hi all we have been brewing AG for a little while now and we keeping getting a yeasty taste to our ale. The ale is ok and easy to drink but we would like to try and get a better taste if poss any ideas please

hi im kev from lincolnshire just getting into home brew i enjoy the real ale :drink: (a bit to much ) just made my first couple of brews elderflower champange (tasted very vingery) and just bottled my first ale cant wait to try it hoping you guys can point me in the rigt direction
