Regular.
I am jay from Bristol.
I started dabbling in home brewing from the age of about 14. My mum would of rang my neck if shed of known . The first thing i ever brewed was 2 liters of happy shopper orange squash diluted in a bucket with bread yeast and far to much sugar covered with a black bag!
As time went on and i grew up i did a lot of experimenting fermenting things like cherryade and cartons of fruit juice using basic equipment.( i could make some mean cider out of cartoned apple juice).
I wanted to do things the right way but being young i couldn't really round up the pennies to buy all the equipment so unfortunately i lost interest and stopped completely.
Now at the rife old age of 25 i am happy to say i have got myself back into the hobby and doing it properly this time around. I have a fermentation bucket and 2 pressure barrels to boot and have made 5 or 6 successful batches of bitter.
I use the tinned kits.
I look forward in general to reading through the topics on here, learning as i go and also share my somewhat limited knowledge if possible.
I shall stop waffling
