Use some to fill up a spray which can be used on bottles and also come brewday on thermostats,paddles,hydometers etc. The rest can be used to sanitise kegs.Just chuck it in give it a shake...

A block of lard is good way to monitor fridge temp just stick the probe in. Its a method I used to check fridge temps when I was in the catering game.This should give a temp reading which is the same as your beer. Jim
