Hi everyone on my 3rd home brew which is a bulldog Mexican cerveza,the other two I did were coopers ,just seems strange adding no enhancer just water .anyone done one off these? How did it turn out ? Any tips as still a newbie.Still haven't tasted other brews yet but looking good

Just tasted my first home brew been in my garage for 3 weeks after 2 week in house ,it's flat and not a great taste (coopers lager) .read on here about putting 1/2teaspoon of sugar in each bottle is that right ,what type of sugar do you use?iput 11/2 carbonation tablets in each bottle

Could anyone point me in right direction to Best on line brewing shop to buy equipment and ingredients for beer making cheers

Hi bit of advice please?? Bottled my coopers lager 14 days ago they've been inside since ,I was sure I read somewhere that best bet is to move them into your shed or garage were its abit colder for a few more weeks ...??

My Canadian blonde is down to 1010 in 6 days from a og of 1042 ,still really cloudy what should I do leave it another week or bottle it

canadian blonde worried about colour

I added 500g light spray malt and 500g of brewing sugar ,after taking first reading I added another 125g to get oh upto 1045

Brewed a Canadian blonde 3days ago the colour of it has gone from a bitter looking to a big pot of tea ,is this normal

Being a newbie don't know if I've done right thing here, mixing my malt ,sugar etc it started getting lumps in so used hand held electric whisk to get rid is this the done thing
