Bulldog Mexican cerveza

Hi everyone on my 3rd home brew which is a bulldog Mexican cerveza,the other two I did were coopers ,just seems strange adding no enhancer just water .anyone done one off these? How did it turn out ? Any tips as still a newbie.Still haven't tasted other brews yet but looking good

Not done cerveza but the evil dog and bad cat are superb. Made both off them a couple of times and will do them again.

Hi Ian did you just add water to yours seems strange but obviously right hav you done any other bulldogs

I have done the Hammer of Thor and yeah you only add water. Remember the bulldog kits weigh circa 3kg and the coopers only weigh 1.7kg, so your fermentables are already in there
