    Good idea. I might put 10 or so at a time in the fridge for a week and see if it helps clear. Won't be drinking for a while though. Bottled some Beaverdale Pinot last week that I started on the 23rd May...if my beer ever looks as clear as that does I'll be laughing!

    Hi, Only took up homebrew early part of this year. Always held fermentation at 20 degrees for the ale and once bulk primed I would leave my bottles for a further 2 weeks and then move to my garage to 'clear'. Seemed to work perfect. Now the Summer is here what do I do? I've got 40...
