    Christmas pudding wine.

    I just sieved out the must into my demijohn after the 7 day primary fermentation. It took up nearly two demijohns. :party: So I topped it up with 1 litre of white grape juice and abit of sugar water. It smells great, however the colour is: :sick: Here it is: :grin:

    Well im new to homebrewing. I made my first beer last week. I used AG, so I presume I was born on the dark side. :lol: I always thought the dark side would kit making not using grains...? Surely kits are the root too laziness!!!

    I have no Idea what you have done, personally it looks like hasn't finished its primary fermentation. How much sugar did you use? Did you put it into a demijohn or has it only been sat in a fermentation bucket for 4 days?

    In my recipes for Cumberland brandy and carrot whisky they both require whole wheat grains. I have looked everywhere for them, but had no luck... :| Does anyone I know where I can buy some whole wheat grains? Cheers, Liam
