Started a strawberry ribena on the 20/2/11 the og was high at 1.120 i have had a heating belt around it from the start .Five days ago it had a reading of 1.020. I dont like sweet wines and was hoping to get it down to 1.000. Did anyone have similar fermenting times and do you thing it will...

When you talk about brewing a wine short do you mean that you dont top the fv up to the kits recommended amount of ltrs, maybe using 3 ltrs less water ?

I am nearly sure on another forum wurzel said about adding vanilla essence as an oak substitute but i could be wrong. :hmm:

I did a white and a red Belvino was not expecting much when i saw the ingriedents but after bottling and leaving for a month or two they where not bad at all.

Try a bottle in a couple off weeks time the difference will suprise you it tastes even better. :drink:

The zx spectrum and monty mole now that brings back some memorys also potty pigeon. You could have started a wine fermenting by the time you waited on these loading up sometimes it could have took several goes to get it to work.Some of these games for the zx and commodore can now be found online...

I dont think it is worth the effort reflowing i tried that myself when my ps3 got the ylod but it only lasted for another week . I was lucky enough to have another ps3 at hand and now keep the other one for parts . You dont have much time left to get it sorted tuesday is fast approaching :cry: ...

I have just realised i back sweetened my WOW at the wrong time i did it just before adding the kwikclear .Will this cause any problems ? Also is 4 days after adding kwikclear enough for it to clear before bottling as i cant see through the pet bottle properly because of the ribs but when...

Thanks will give that a try. Had a sample off it and it is very nice the cloudy colour is the only down side but another few weeks might make the difference to it.
