I have just realised i back sweetened my WOW at the wrong time i did it just before adding the kwikclear .Will this cause any problems ? Also is 4 days after adding kwikclear enough for it to clear before bottling as i cant see through the pet bottle properly because of the ribs but when sampling in a glass it looks clear ?

As long as you've back sweetened after stabilising it shouldn't matter a damn. If it's still cloudy then you've still got yeasties in suspension, but if you've used CTs and sorbate there shouldn't be a problem.

I've never used the Ritchie's finings but I would suggest one week after fining is usually ok.

As it's in a PET, give it a sharp quarter turn just occasionally to dislodge any sediment which has settled on the ribs.

Thanks again i did follow your guide and have been giving it a turn now and again but must have overlooked the back sweetening bit or misread it
