Brewing extract expired - brew or no brew?

Thanks, good to hear! Which yeast shall I buy? I've used WB-06 in the past but for another wheat extract, would that suit?

Brewing extract expired - brew or no brew?

Hi all, I have a can of Coopers Preachers Hefe Wheat that expired in mid April this year, is it safe to brew or do I risk wasting time and efforts? If yes, brew it - any suggestions? I'm thinking to stick to the recommended addition of 1kg coopers dry malt, any other nice add-ons? If not...

Ooops! Dropped the kit tin inside the fermenter..

I was brewing a Coopers Wheat beer yesterday with some tweaks... After carefully sterilizing all equipment, boiling all ingredients to avoid contamination, I was pouring the contents from my coopers can and... boom! dropped the can inside the fermenter :oops: Quickly grabbed it back...

    Coopers Wheat Beer Review

Tastes pretty good, had one last week and one this week, it changed a lot, so much better! I guess I now have an idea of what "green" beer tastes like, and to tbh, the sample from yesterday tastes like any good wheat beer out there!

HELP! Coopers Pilsner & Saflager W-34/70 dosage

Hi all, I'm planning to brew a Coopers Selection Pilsner tonight and wanted to use Saflager W-34/70 instead of the kit yeast. However I've just received delivery of the yeast and the recommended dosage as per pack is 10 to 15 litres, so I reckon I need two of these for my 23litre brew? Can I...

    Coopers Wheat Beer Review

One last question - today is bottling day, beer tastes great (just like Hooegarden, although flat!) and the FG has been stable for the past 3 days... However when I look at my FV, the colour of the beer on top is different than towards the middle or bottom of the FV, it is obvious that is...

Day 1 and 2 pictures, does it look alright?! The colour changed a lot from first to second day... Is ok to open the FV to have a quick look inside on a daily basis?
