I was brewing a Coopers Wheat beer yesterday with some tweaks... After carefully sterilizing all equipment, boiling all ingredients to avoid contamination, I was pouring the contents from my coopers can and... boom! dropped the can inside the fermenter
Quickly grabbed it back, bare hands... the tin had been in hot (not boiling) water for around 10 minutes before that... big question is: what is the likelihood that my batch will be contaminated? I've managed to get the temperature within the correct range and pitched the yeast straight away, it was happily bubbling this morning...
Will I loose my batch?!
