been to wilkos and got some. shall i now add it to the brew?

Im about to start my first ever home brew and have been reading the orange wine thread. I went to wilkos today and the only dam thing i didnt pick up was pectolase? Can i go on with out it? Cheers Craig

Is my Asda little angels sterilising fluid ok? It was only 80p a bottle. Contains sodium hypochlorine <5%ww.

Right pay day tomorrow. Im going buy one of those kits, I have just remembered I have my granddads old wine making kit in the loft. Couple of DJ’s warming plate etc. Should come in useful. :thumb: Regards Craig
