I have made a fizzy WOW which looks perfect but has a strange smell and after taste :sick: I bottled 30days ago in plastic bottle so Im going to put it back away for a few months. Standby for future updates

Evening all. Can some one help me making a fizzy wurzel? If I rack and filter will I have any yeast left to add the fizz when priming the bottle? If I don’t rack and filter wont I get a cloudy yet sparkling wow? Cheers Craig
