    St Peters IPA OG reading

    Yeah, i topped it off with water making it a total of 19 liters (app. 32 pints). I didnt stir as much as i shaked, but there was a good layer of foam. My hydrometer shows .003 lower then it should, but that ive made up for, so OG reading of 1046 should be right. I will guess it comes down too...

    It is the two can liquid extract kit. I was just worried about the low OG, since a finished FG on 1014, wouldn't give the 5-5.5% ABV that they say. But i guess i shouldn't worry too much, Im sure it will turn out great. Thx for reply :)
