    Is there a special tool to tighten the flange side of the tank connector? I can't seem to get a good purchase on it one side has a nut to get a spanner on the other has two lugs can't seem to stop it all from turning when tightening. ps I have tried to post a picture but not having much...

    You are so right in thinking that simonlpearce but seing as it cost me nothing and a couple of mates will be using the rest I am trying to experiment with enhancer v sugar see if there are any differences to head and fermentation properties, thanks for your concern. :party:

    I would just like to say hello I am a new brewer and at the moment I am using kits but would like to progress to all grain that is my aim so I am doing a lot of reading to try and get up to speed you can say I have just done a coopers lager to-day its in the FV so here's hoping. :drink:
