    Thanks OldBloke and Matt i made the 3 kits in one batch just multiplying the quantities instructed x3 and added only 2 packs of the yeast and i got an OG of 1.110,i think everything is going well as it certainly looks good and smells great,airlock is going bonkers as i speak so fingers crossed...

    fermentation airlock bubbling

    I have put a coopers australian pale ale on to brew at 2am on wednesday morning and i havent had one bubble in my airlock,a layer of foam leaving a browny/grey scum clinging to side of FV now as we speak all the foam on top has disappeared and the liquid is getting a lighter colour and the tiny...

    There was foam on the top yesterday now there is no foam at all but bubbles are still rising throughout the brew,getting the feeling that something isnt right with it

    I just used liquid malt extract from the coopers tin and sugar,having just checked it again there seems to be a browny coloured froth forming on the top of liquid and i can see tiny bubbles starting to float upwards in liquid.

    Virgin Brewer Sugar Help Required Please

    Hi I'm about to make my first ever home brew (Virgin Brewer) it is a coopers Australian Pale Ale and I'm looking to know if I can use Cane Sugar instead of Brewing sugar for my mix as I don't have Brewing Sugar available,any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
