I would stick with the Galaxy Clint it is what makes this ale shine.

First off the Sierra Nevada clone I will keep a few bottles back to see how long the fantastic hop taste/aroma lasts.
Though it is stinking hot a well-refrigerated Irish FES can be included, maybe not refreshing but it will help me sleep.

Good suggestion it was a CML grain kit which just used Pilsner and Vienna so if I brew again I think I might add maybe 5% Carapils as while very drinkable it really is a style that benefits from a head on it.

Beavertown Neck Oil Clone (TMM Oil for the Neck) to wash away my sorrow after an exam i just finished at 20:30 this evening for my masters.
so do excuse the choice in glassware.
Unsure what it is that went wrong as it's leaving a slightly bitter taste in the mouth (not unlike that exam).
Albeit still a green beer, I daresay it won't be about long enough for the flavour to develop properly.
Can't help but wonder if there's something else causing the bitterness...

Quietest bottle share between only 3 of us. Surprise highlight this chocolate cake white stout from Siren. I took all 3 keezer brews including my Warminster bitter which went down well.

Dublin. It's brewed about 15 miles away from where I am staying. It was so good I had two.
Time for a midweek drink, 4 days in the keg, it’s a nightmare when you only have one keg it gets drunk early and quick.
