I just noticed this has a guide line of 14-22c for pitch temperature, has anyone tried it at the lower end ?
I'm brewing an American Porter, plan at the moment is to pitch around 16c, leave for a couple of days after it gets going then ramp it by degrees to 20c.
I'm interested if anyone's got any pointers on different flavours from lower and upper temps ? Cheers !

My recent stout was pitched at about 18 and left to do it's own thing in the kitchen which isn't much over 15 at the best of times. It was left for 3 weeks and seems OK.
