My Brew is bubbling away nicely the bubbles in the airlock are about a minute apart now I did make a mistake not checking the gravity at the start it’s on the number 20 have no idea what this means I’ve just ordered a heat mat and got me a king keg pb I never knew you needed so much stuff when should I transfer the brew into the pb

Welcome!
I do a lot of brews without taking the gravity reading, can't be bothered. Always comes out fine. Main thing is cleanliness and patience, don't keep lifting the lid... Also the airlock isn't a reliable indicator of activity, even when there are no bubbles after 3-5 days there's still fermentation. Many here tend to leave the brew to ferment for up to a fortnight. Best not to rush.

Best tip I can give is get another one on asap. You can get around being impatient by always having a beer or 2 fermenting while you are drinking 1 or 2. Then when one is finished the next one is ready 😁
