This is the one I bought, but it's light weight and the handle gets very hot to touch
I have a gas hob , I reckon that the pot works on all options of heat rather than exclusively inductionI'm really confused by this thing - an induction double boiler.
To explain - you'd normally use a double boiler to heat gently and evenly. The reason for using one is because gas stoves burn at 140C+ and can heat quite unevenly. In the case of porridge I can see you could end up burning the milk or starches.
But why would you need an induction one? Any half decent induction stove should be capable of very gentle heat, and they will heat quite evenly too. Using a double boiler on induction is like having a horse pull your car.

Eek!Only stumbled across this thread. Porridge is made with Milk preferably full fat. Some sugar to sweeten, I use local honey. It also needs to be made in a pot not a microwave. One child stirs in chocolate spread the other changes between peanut butter or biscoff. If I could I would disown them but apparently it's not possible.
I have the same dislike of people who put brown/red sauce on stew. Or even worse into homemade vegetable soup.
On this freedom of choice should not be an option
