Fresh out of the oven
No recipe i like to do things on the fly, it's pork and mince beef, 2 eggs 2 oxo cubes ground up more flavour than salt so no salt, half a grated onion other half diced, mixed herbs bred crumbs put these in last, pepper to taste, give it a really good mix by hand to a consistancy you can pick it up and shape to a loaf plop it in the tin, set oven to 180c, for the glaze cider vinnigar honey soy sauce tomato ketchup, forgot tom paste in main mix, i used my meater probe and app to cook these probes are pricey but they are quality and work every timeRod that looks gorgeous & you know what I am going to say.....
