Will you wash and sanitise the NEIPA bucket or put it straight on top? I ask as in the past I've done similar and dropped the new brew straight onto the yeast cake and it was fine.
I’ll clean and sanitise first. My bitter uses an English ale yeast that produces nice English ale esters and has good flocculation for clarity. The verdant yeast used in the NEIPA wouldn’t give me the same flavour profile and is designed to produce hazy beers - see next postWill you wash and sanitise the NEIPA bucket or put it straight on top? No, I just used up some hops I’d been given as competition prizes with the first batch. This one uses some of my favourite hops - Citra, Mosaic, Cascade.Same hops and hop schedule as your previous NEIPA recipe @Hazelwood Brewery ?
I brew in batches so when I’m restocking all my kegs it does get pretty busy. On average it would be 4 or 5 a month.HH how often do you brew it seems like every day. I thought I brewed a lot but only average 2 or 3 brews a month.
