Afternoon all! I've been home brewing on a Grainfather G30 set up for a couple of years now, with mixed results. Will no doubt be bending yer lugs for advice on things I've not tried yet such as pressure transfers, water profiling, dry hopping techniques and general advice on making the brewing day that bit more smoother and getting the end results a bit more consistent.
