I don't think Crossmyloof add a Highlands surcharge.

Crossmyloof does up to 20k for no surcharge! Doesn't always have the malts I want, but great for hops!
All the ones people like to use on this site (aside from the Malt Miller) seem to charge us at least £18+ for shipping. Some are stupid like £25 and above. We don't get free shipping (over certain value) offers either
I tend to order a lot at once at The Malt Miller and can usually get DPD for £12-£14ish. If it's a low weight, will be about £7ish on Evri.
Would be great to see if anyone else has options!

CML are great guys. They have a really good range of ingredients too.

Dingwall here, I get my pale malt from crafty maltsters in Fife. CML for everything else. Grow some hops too.
