Got a spicy stir fry on the go, this should help out the fire out.

Looks lovely.
Recipe please.
Sorry, recipe is impossible to replicate.
It's a blend of two brews mistakes making a right-on blend.
One was an overly bittered (Challenger) pale ale with my own First Gold hops,
the other a too-light bodied Camden pale clone attempt. Not enough brewing salts in it.
Then on an inspired guess they were combined together in a single cask and came out far better than could have been hoped for.
Thanks for asking though 🍻

'I can't believe it's not Beamish' first cab off the ranks. Picked the last of my capsicums. Love this little domain in the potting shed, listen to the football and let the mind wander.

Next up California Common, while nice not quite cutting it with the hops, will be taking this up a notch with the next brew Alchemist Overlord can be a bit over the top with hop additions but will be closer with his hop amounts next brew.

Ballantine's IPA bringing up the rear, gets better with age, another with a minimal hop bitterness I will either use more Cluster hops next time or use Ella hops.
