Hi all.

I've only been brewing a short time, but I think I'm hooked!

I got one of the Coopers DIY beer kits from Tesco about 3 weeks ago and following the guides on here I bottled my first batch of Mexican Cerveza yesterday.

I was looking to get a few more kits to try online when I stumbled across a homebrew shop in my area that had opened at 10am that morning! I was so happy with the coincidence that I've now got another batch of Coopers Australian Pale Ale on the go, along with two gallons of WOW bubbling away

The hardest part is the waiting!

When you have built up a good stock it is a lot easier to let your beer ferment and condition for longer :thumb:

My plan is to brew a bundle of kits one after the other so I've got some to sample while the rest conditions properly!
