Hi all, been a while since I've been here and been brewing so I thought it appropriate to do another post in this section.
Since the last time I was here I've got myself a new job, moved house to new city and managed to pay off a bunch of debts. Finally back in a position where I can start getting my brew on again:)
I've just started up 2 gallons of Wow, both red grape, can't find white anymore!, one with apple and the other with apple and mango. Picture attached. Looking forward to the tasting already!
I'm also hoping to get my 10 litre mini-BIAB boiler build completed within the next few weeks so I can have my first shot at brewing all grain:mrgreen:
