After picking up a fridge off gumtree a few months back, I finally got round to turning it into a fermentation fridge.
The STC1000 and tube heater arrived during last week and I put it all together yesterday. I had to cut the shelves off the door to get the FV to fit but other than that it seems to be working fine.
I've got a batch of Coopers Mexican Cerveza in there right now.
My next step is gonna be a Mango Chutney boiler, I already have the barrel!
