D Drunken_Jock Active Member Joined Jun 24, 2010 Messages 41 Reaction score 0 Jul 18, 2010 #2 i have one for the zinfandel blush 450 grms sugar empty can into fv with 1.8 litres of cold water boil 0.6l of water dissolve sugar add packs a/b day 3 top up to lvl in fv looking for fg of 1002 empty pack c into cup with 2 tbs of cold water and dissolve. sweeten to taste if required then add the last pack the finnings the usual shake like anything for 4-6 times in the next 24 hours the leave to clear Im sure the chardonay is the same mate. Pretty straight forward Jock
