I just bought some of this for making some WOW, will it be ok to push abv to around fourteen percent? I'm not sure how high this yeast can go, and i'm still new to brewing.
Lovely thanks. The batch of WOW i've got going at the moment is using champagne yeast, so i'm assuming this will work just the same, as that says up to 18%. I'm already planning further brews in my demis and a kit for my fv's. Don't know about alcohol being addictive, brewing it seems more addictive than drinking it!!!
