I'm taking the info with a pinch of salt, made a 2L starter with it and pitched it at 20°c and set fridge to 16.5°c. No activity after 12ish hours, gonna check after breakfast and see what's what. Fingers crossedFavourable flavours at temps 15-30c! Well I’ll be jiggered.
Pitched at 20c, temp set to 16.5 and its hovering between that and 17ish. No airlock activity yet but the bucket lid has domed slightly and looks like a krausen is forming so fingers crossedNo activity after 12hrs at 20c Hmmmm.
