Young's Harvest Bitter with a twist...

So I bought one of these Young's Harvest Bitter kits to do my first home brew. I actually used to help with some friends home brewing back in the States but never ran through a whole brew myself.

Getting to the point I've added a bit to the recipe.

I'll be using the can of extracts that make up the kit but I have replaced the yeast with some T-58.
I've also purchased some whole Dana hops and some Chocolate malt.

Hopefully this all works together. I'll let you know as it goes.

Any comments, complaints, tips of the hat? Post them here as I'm always open for a bit of wisdom. Peace. :
